AIN 0.1 SS7 TCAP Protocol
Bell Canada announces that Terminating Attempt Trigger (TAT) excluded from the AIN
version 0.1 service previously disclosed in BIA-7c, is now
planned to be included in the service. TAT will be included in the trial identified
in BIA-7c. Subject to market demand and commercial service
viability, TAT is expected to be available in 4Q99 or 2Q00.

Specific AIN 0.1 SS7 TCAP Protocol, dated May, 1999, previously disclosed in BIA-7c, has been updated to include TAT.
Bell will invoice recipients $65 for each hard copy of
Bell document BID-0026, updated hardcopy
versions are $20. Electronic versions of BIDs are available for $50 each, and their
respective updates are $15. Please note that prices are subject to change without notice.
