BID 0013 “9-1-1 Public Emergency Reporting Service (9-1-1
PERS) Terminal-to-Network Interface”
Bell Canada announces that after March 31,
2010 it will not support new implementations of the
terminal-to-network interface as described in
BID-0013 Appendix 6
"Data Transmission Protocol for
ALI-CAD Communications Using Service Address With TCP/IP Interface".
Implementations that are
in-service as of March 31, 2010 can remain in-service until no longer
required (i.e. they will be ‘grandfathered’).
This change is reflected in
BID 0013 Issue 14, dated April 2010.
